We request our User’s verify the order details, including items, quantities, delivery addresses, and time, before submission. 3rd Party Vendor agreement
The 3rd Party Vendor Agreement here at POTOLO allows us to establish certain rules and guidelines for our relationships with external providers. The Agreement covers such important aspects as the duties and rights of each of the parties, their responsibilities and their obligations. It is valid for all our vendors and contains a number of provisions concerning the quality of services provided, confidentiality, and data protection important for us and our customers. ATTACHMENT
SLA Service Level Agreements
Service Level Agreements are the definitions of the level of service that POTOLO provides to its clients. These agreements are used internally and with clients to ensure the service quality and transparency. The SLA determines the level of service according to specified performance measures, such as response time, the availability of the service, and quality of performance. Providing concrete explanations of expected results, we aim to satisfy the clients and enable trust. The SLA also indicates what the service provider has to do if it fails to provide service, for example, the clients are reimbursed if the service does not work. ATTACHMENT
